From January 2024, we will be asking for 7 days' notice for all repeat prescriptions and food orders. Where possible we'll fulfil these sooner, but the extra days will allow for delivery from our suppliers.. We'll send a text reminder, as usual, once your pet's medications are ready.

It is a legal requirement that your pet is checked regularly by a vet when on repeated prescription-only medication. This is to make sure that the treatment being given is still appropriate for his or her condition. If your pet is due for a repeat check, we will call you to book an appointment.
